Evolve Fitness Studio has the right to terminate a membership at any time for any reason.

Evolve Fitness Studio has the right to amend prices/ rules/ or policies at any time for any reason.

Any recurring payment membership that isn't paid via direct debit/ credit card will be pursued and membership will be immediately frozen. If payment is denied at time of billing, three more attempts will be made before membership is frozen.

All participants must follow along reasonably with class directions or not become a distraction to the instructor or detract from another members class experience, keeping conversations to a minimum.

Class participants are the only people allowed in the studio during class times.

All policies apply if class is conducted anywhere on the premises ie, backyard or parking lot.

Proper gym attire and appropriate footwear required.

Members may pre-book up to (2) classes on any (1) day.

No photography of other members or premises unless previously ok'd or initiated by a staff member.

Class cancellation policies will be strictly enforced. No refunds will be given if cancellation occurs outside of the allotted times given: 1 hour before a class begins and 12 hours prior to any appointment start time.

Expiration on any purchased class/ course/ appointments is 30 days from date of purchase unless otherwise noted with the specific membership purchase.

Evolve Fitness Studio is not liable for missing items brought into the studio.

Class schedule and instructors are subject to change.

No food or drink with the exception of water are allowed inside the studios.

No aggressive, disruptive or abusive behavior of any kind will be tolerated.

Payment is required before class starts and participants will be charged upon booking their space in class.

No refunds are guaranteed but determined by owners’ discretion.

No weapons permitted anywhere within Evolve Fitness Studio.

Class participants must be at least 12 years of age and must show proof of age if requested.

Participants are responsible for wiping down any/all equipment after use and replacing it in proper storage before leaving class.

Any participant not following any of the above terms and conditions may be asked to leave the studio without question.

Any participant appearing sick or not of good health may be subject to questions or asked to leave the studio for the safety and well - being of others.
