What should I expect when I come to class?

Arrive to class about 10 minutes prior to start time. Bring water, appropriate footwear to change into, and possibly your own mat for our yoga classes. If you’ve pre-booked your class online, you’ll walk in, check in on our kiosk, and make your way into the studio once the prior class has exited.

I didn’t pre-book. Can I still come to class?

Sure, as long as there is still room in class. To guarantee your place in class it’s best to pre-book online, but, we will absolutely get you set up in person and will do our best to accommodate you as soon as we can.

I’m a rookie. Is this place for me?

It sure is! In fact, our entire concept is based on EFFICIENT EXERCISE FOR EVERYONE. Our goal is to get all people moving in some way. Will it be difficult at times if you’ve not exercised before? Quite possibly, but, we know that if you stick with us, we will get you over the hurdles to make healthy living a habit. Can I cancel a class I pre-booked?

Of course! Life changes quickly and we understand, we just ask that you do it prior to one-hour before classes start. Our goal is to accommodate as many people as we can and an hour gives another person an opportunity to book your vacant spot.

What age do I need to be to join?

Our classes are open to anyone ages 12+ and older. We love kiddos however our vision is an environment where adults can reconnect with their body and mind to be healthy, centered and present to whomever or whatever they serve after they leave our studio. For safety and space, only class participants can be in the building during classes and training sessions.
